Solfegio is a web application for synchronized group listening experiences using solfeggio frequencies and isochronic tones. It is provided for general wellness and relaxation.

3. Medical & safety disclaimer

Solfegio is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Audio content is for wellness purposes only; individual results vary.

If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, photosensitivity, or any neurological condition, consult a physician before using frequency-based audio. Stop immediately if you experience discomfort, dizziness, nausea, or any adverse effects.

4. Safe use

Do not use while driving, operating machinery, or when full attention is required.
Use at a comfortable volume, especially with speakers in group settings.
Minors should use the service only with adult supervision.
